The Spa is a device free zone. To ensure the peace and privacy of all our guests, we do not allow any electronic devices in any area of the Spa, unless powered down and silent.
To ensure your preferred treatments and times, we strongly recommend scheduling your spa services well in advance for your visit.
Please notify spa receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant or have allergies, high blood pressure, blood related cancer or any physical ailments or disabilities. Please see our section below "What if I am Pregnant?"
You may request a specific therapist by name or gender of massage therapist while booking an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot guarantee availability.
Arrival and Check-in
Arrival time should be a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow proper check-in, paperwork and changing, if necessary. If you arrive late, we will be unable to extend your treatment time and you will miss the benefits of a full treatment. Full or partial refunds will not be given to guests that arrive after the scheduled appointment time.
We require a 24 hours notice of cancellation or you will be charged in full as we have turned other clients away from the same time frame and will be unable to fill your allotted time on short notice. If you know that you are not going to be able to make it for your appointment, let the Spa know ASAP. A therapist may have come in just for you, and if you don't pay, the therapist doesn't get paid.
Should you book an appointment and are unable to make the scheduled appointment time, you will be granted full credit, provided at least 24 hours notice is given.
No-Shows are charged at full value of treatment as a cancellation without appropriate notice.
We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards, with full payment expected at completion of treatment.
Full prepayment on 2 or more services or parties of 2 or more people is required, as well as all Saturday appointments with no exceptions. (see Cancellation)
If you are only receiving a single treatment of Massage Therapy, you will change from your street clothes in the treatment room so no prior robing is needed.
If you are receiving treatments other than massage, multiple services or sauna/steam amenities, the spa will provide lockers, towels, robes and slippers.
If you are using the hot tub, you must bring and use a swimsuit.
Plaza West is an adult oriented atmosphere, therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 13 years old. Any young adults 14 years old or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room.
All individuals under the age of 18 years old must have their intake form signed by a parent or legal guardian for consent.
No young adults will be allowed unsupervised by a parent or guardian at the Spa.
SOME COMMON QUESTIONS...
What If I'm Pregnant?
To protect Momma and baby, we cannot perform any spa services on Momma during the First Trimester of pregnancy, under 13 weeks, due to health risks, complications and possible miscarriage. From Second Trimester to delivery, we'd love to see you, bearing in mind that your services/products will be limited and a doctor's release is mandatory.
We will have an exclusive pregnancy friendly menu that will aid in the booking process, letting you know which services are safe for you. Items that you will notice missing from that selection are ones that are potentially harmful and/or dangerous while pregnant, such as sauna, steam room, hot stones, Essential Oils other than Lavender, etc...
Our pregnancy policy is with Momma and baby's safety being paramount in our minds!
Please consult your Physician prior to booking or receiving any type of spa service to understand your limitations due to your condition.
Does The Spa Offer Any Packages?

What Do I Need To Bring To My Appointment?
Typically just yourself and method of payment! The Spa provides lockers, towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, blow dryers for your convenience. If you are using the hot tub, you will need to bring a swimsuit with you, as the Spa does not provide them, but does require them to be used.
What Should I Tell/Ask My Therapist?
Communication is key! We can only accommodate what you tell us!

Please speak in hushed voices in all areas of the Spa to help maintain the tranquil atmosphere for all of our guests.
During treatment, you may talk or be silent as you choose, your therapist will follow your lead and always respect your silence.
There is absolutely no talking on cell phones anywhere in the Sap!
What About Tipping?
Typically 15% to 20% is customary and deeply appreciated.
The Nudity Question...
Massage Therapy is usually done nude, but you are covered with a sheet and professionally draped at all times. Only the part of the body being massaged is exposed. You can keep your underwear on, but it will limit the therapist's ability to access muscles that may need to be worked.
