VEE
OSBORNE, C.Ht, LMT
Spa Director
I
was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii with the Huna being my foundation.
The Huna is not a religion but a philosophy of life in which I
live by.
In creating the Spa, I wanted a business that would celebrate
this philosophy... the balance of the body, mind and spirit through
ones actions and deeds. I am a woman who is a believer in
passion and creativity, all of which I have made visible in my
business. I began studying Hawaiian Shamanism and Hula at the
age of 4, and have spent my entire life dedicated to the art of
healing others and myself.
Added
to the list of my accomplishments are many years of experience
in promotions and public relations in businesses that I have owned.
I am also a hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and an ordained minister.
Upon entering the Spa, my belief in experience becomes
glaringly obvious, from the ambiance surrounding you to the way
that the staff embraces you.
Youll never receive the ordinary.
What makes Plaza West Massage and Day Spa so unique is our approach.
We are strictly dedicated to bodywork. We have set out to create
a serene and nurturing environment for all who come through our
doors. This, too, is part of the experience.
The expertise of practitioners and treatments reflect my appreciation
of transition and the understanding of the need for continual
growth. My wish is that you will be able to experience a fragment
of the creation that represents my heart and my spirit. |

STEFANIE
FLECK, LMT, NCTMB CERTIFIED
Staff
Manager, Massage Therapist, Reflexology, Rain on the Rocks
Massage
enables me to help people through the stresses of daily life by
promoting relaxation, healing, and wellness in a safe, nurturing
environment. I customize each massage using a number of techniques
from Swedish relaxation to deep tissue therapeutic, additionally
specializing in reflexology.
My
interest in massage began with knowledge of the mind. While working
in the psychology field I found the importance of therapeutic
touch, or lack thereof (in that environment), and this allowed
me to discover massage.
I enjoy working at Plaza West Massage and Day Spa because it is
an environment that facilitates constant growth, yet allows me
to maintain my personal style and beliefs.
Education from Body Mind Spirit Integration School of Massage
(2001) and University of Kansas (2000).
Available
from 10 am to 5 pm except Sundays and Wednesdays. |

KEVIN
DEAL, LMT, NCTMB CERTIFIED, NSAOM
Massage Therapist, Shiatsu, Tui Na,
Reiki
When
exposed to my first massage, I was awed by the power of the combination
of techniques that were used. The relaxation of the massage and
the healing touch of Reiki were phenominal. I try to convey this
experience to each of my clients.
My technique for massage includes full, body length strokes; subltle,
passive stretching; moderate to deep pressures combined with a
nurturing touch to invoke each persons own healing power.
Techniques also include: Esalen Massage, Craniosacral Therapy,
Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy. |

KELLY
MURPHY, C.Ht.
Hypnotherapist
I
am certified in hypnosis under the National Guild of Hypnotherapy.
I have also earned a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Mental Health
Counseling at Emporia State University.
Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness in which a heightened
state of awareness is produced. In this heightened state, a persons
learning and growth is accelerated. Thus, intended positive changes
are experienced at an accelerated rate. Hypnotherapy used during
massage may intensify these positive intended changes due to the
fact that the mind and body are being worked with at the same
time.
I enjoy working at Plaza West Massage and Day Spa because of the
shared vision among the healers and therapists. In working together,
we can help to create a safe and nurturing environment to allow
for our clients healing of mind, body and spirit. |
